"The Regatta"
The Podiere opens the Corsari line — the house's racing watches. A rose gold case over a matte black dial, marked out in bright white lume and read against a sixty-minute bezel. Its rubber strap is moulded to the case and fitted like a bracelet, so the watch sits formed to the wrist rather than draped over it. Inside, an NH38: accurate, serviceable, and built to be used rather than admired.

The range varies on three axes — the color of the dial, the metal of the hands and applied numerals, and the strap it is finished on. Choose one to see it in detail.
On the Movement
There is little sense in owning a watch whose service costs as much as the watch. The Podiere runs a movement chosen for exactly that reason — accurate, hacking, hand-winding, and serviceable by any competent watchmaker. Serviced every eighteen months to three years, it will never cost you more than the timepiece itself. That is the whole point.

The fit
Sleeve to the wrist bone. An integrated rubber strap sits taller than leather — a tight cuff will ride on it all evening.
Rose gold reads dressy and the strap reads casual, which is the tension that makes it interesting. Keep everything else quiet and let those two argue.
Dressed down
The fit
Knit close, sleeve to the wrist. Rose gold is a warm, soft note and a heavy slouchy knit swallows it.
Rose gold wants warm cloth and oatmeal gives it. The black rubber keeps it from becoming ornamental — this is a warm watch worn plainly.
